The print magazine Linux User & Developer has a good article on the Hurd in the issue #49 (ca June 2005) that might be worth reading for anyone interested in knowing more about the Hurd. It will likely become available online at some point in time. I am a subscriber to the magazine and enjoyed the article enough to install Hurd on a spare partition at home. Not yet experienced enough to comment, though.
